Shipping
All standard sized items ship via FedEx standard delivery 1-5 business days after purchase.
Shipping rates for standard delivery items are 7.5% of the original full price before discounts.
Delivery:
• White Glove Delivery is available by request and requires a specific quote for the actual service cost. For in-home, white glove delivery, contact support@jamieyoung.com after you’ve placed your order to receive a quote.
• Shipping rates for White Glove Delivery items are 20% of the original full price before discounts.
Packaging:
• Freight carriers are responsible for the removal of all packaging material. This includes pallets, boxes, and any other packaging material.
Damages + Claims:
• Items must be inspected at the time of delivery.
• In order for a claim to be made for white glove service, the product must be unpacked and inspected for damages at the time of delivery.
• A signature will be required upon inspection and approval or rejection of product delivery.
• The return of a damaged product is immediately removed by the white glove delivery service.
Remorse Returns:
• After an item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for the 25% return freight fees and restocking fees.
• Jamie Young Co. will arrange the return with the carrier with the customer providing a reasonable pickup window.
• Customer has 60 days to request a return of the item.
Repackaging Returns:
• White Glove carriers will package items for return.
Notes + Exceptions:
• We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or other US territories.
• White glove shipments are only available within the Continental United States.
• If any location requiring a ferry or any other non-conventional transportation, additional fees and costs could apply and will need to be quoted in advance.

We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $500, not including White Glove Delivery items.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Simply follow the link in the email to see the status of your shipment.
Email support@jamieyoung.com to cancel your order or update any information associated with it. We are unable to cancel or update orders once they’ve shipped.
However, you can start a return by emailing us at return@jamieyoung.com.
Returns

Standard Delivery Item Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of product. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging in order to get a refund. We require returns in original packaging to ensure safe transit. Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Additionally, a return shipping fee of 15% of the order's value will be deducted from the returned value.
White Glove Delivery Item Returns:

Materials + Care
Clean with dry cloth only. We advise against using any harsh cleaners and chemicals on any of our products. Because our materials are hand made we advise using a dry cloth for most delicate finishes. A damp cloth can be used on clear glass or mirror glass.
